Over the years Max Homa has become one of the best follows for golf fans on social media.

Especially this year during quarantine.

The 30-year-old winner of the 2019 Wells Fargo Championship co-hosts the ‘Get a Grip’ podcast with Shane Bacon – who was recently hired by Golf Channel – and of course is now famous for his swing roasts on Twitter. The 2013 NCAA Div. I individual national champion has roasted everyone from weekend hackers to a lefty Justin Thomas, Paige Spiranac and countless other professional athletes.

As 2020 comes to a close, we remember some of our favorite swing roasts of the year.

Max Homa’s best roasts of 2020

The cocky college player

Okay so this wasn’t even a swing roast but what a comeback this was. I’m confident that Drake was just messing with Max for fun and giggles on Twitter. That said, you’ve got to be ready for the heat when you step in Homa’s kitchen.

David Wallace from The Office

Boom, roasted!

The Sandlot guy

You’re killing me, Smalls!

The little kid who hit a stinger at his mom

All valid critiques, if you ask us.

The bartender

A little swing oil never hurt.

Aim small, miss small

The virus

The mom joke

Wilmer Valderrama would be proud.

The positive roast

We’re going to end this with some positivity. The last year was negative enough. Like Chris, let’s all get better in 2021. #golf
