Adam Max, a longtime partner at Jordan Co. in New York, died Monday. He was 62 years old.
Mr. Max joined Jordan in 1986 as the fledgling private-equity firm’s fifth employee. He served on Jordan’s investment committee as well as other bodies within the firm, according to a statement posted on Jordan’s website.
