LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Vegas Golden Knights forward Max Pacioretty has been fined $2,500 for slashing Chicago Blackhawks forward Alex DeBrincat during tonight's game.
The Golden Knights led the series 3-0 heading into Game 4 of the first round of the playoffs before suffering a 3-1 loss in this game.

The slashing incident occurred at 19:48 of the third period as DeBrinccat made his way towards the Knights' empty net.
The money from the fine will go to the Players’ Emergency Assistance Fund.
Game 5 of the series will take place in Edmonton on Aug. 18.
Vegas’ Max Pacioretty has been fined $2,500, for Slashing Chicago’s Alex DeBrincat.
